Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Underground Herb. Due to the nature of our herbal products, we have a strict return policy to ensure product safety and quality for all customers.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For health and safety reasons, opened or used herbal products cannot be returned or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used herbal products
• Products with broken safety seals
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Authorization Required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please contact us first to request a return authorization.
