Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Underground Herb. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed after business hours may begin processing the following business day.


Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Typical delivery time is:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within the United States

• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Underground Herb is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Underground Herb is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact your local shipping carrier office

  3. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier

 

We will assist with tracking information if needed.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged package and product so we can review the issue.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

 

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
